CRIMINAL CHARGE (CRIMINAL TRESPASS) >> On Thursday, May 23 at 10 p.m., Yardley Borough Police officers were dispatched to Sandy Run Road to investigate a disturbance where a man forced himself into a home.

The officers arrived and learned that the victim had asked the suspect to leave and locked the door. Police said the suspect forced the door back open causing physical damage while trying to gain entry.

During a follow-up investigation, the suspect was identified as a 39 year old man from Levittown. An arrest warrant was obtained and the suspect was later taken into custody and charged with one felony count of criminal trespass.

The matter is pending court action.
