POLICE LIGHTS

DUI ARREST >> Oxford Valley and Big Oak roads reported at 2:30 p.m. on June 5. Police responded to the report of a woman on the side of the road who appeared to be in distress. Further investigation led to the 28 year old female driver from Fairless Hills being charged with Driving Under the Influence, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and related offenses.

RETAIL THEFT >> 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 3:48 p.m. on June 3. Loss Prevention detained a 35 year old woman from Croydon for taking $147 worth of merchandise without paying. Due to the woman having her young daughter with her, she was not taken into police custody. She will be summonsed for retail theft.

RETAIL THEFT >> 1600 block of Big Oak Road at Kohl’s reported at 6 p.m. on June 3. Loss Prevention reported an unknown female removed $189 worth of merchandise without paying.

FRAUD >> 1200 block of Enoch Court reported at 4:08 p.m. on June 3. Complainant reported unknown person(s) opened two checking accounts using their information.

RETAIL THEFT >> 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 6:07 p.m. on June 2. Loss Prevention reported a man from previous retail thefts was currently on location. The 24 year old man from Ewing, N.J., was taken into police custody for removing $1,224 worth of merchandise without paying. He was arraigned and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000/10 percent bail.

DRUG ARREST >> Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 10:09 p.m. on June 2. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 31 year old male driver from Philadelphia for Possession of Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >> 1700 block of Dobry Rd. reported at 8:55 a.m. on June 1. Complainant reported unknown person(s) smashed the windows and removed the hood from a disabled vehicle on the property.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >> Yardley and Radcliffe roads reported at 10:42 p.m. on May 31. Complainant reported their vehicle was struck by eggs while driving.
