POLICE LIGHTS

DISORDERLY CONDUCT >> Oxford Valley Road at the Shell Station reported at 12:09 a.m. on June 26. Complainant reported theft of of firewood. A 24 year old woman from Langhorne was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

FRAUD >> 500 block of S. Dove Road reported at 4:30 p.m. on June 26. Complainant reported receiving a call from someone claiming to be from the Social Security Administration and stating that someone has been committing fraud with their Social Security number.

THEFT >> 100 block of Floral Vale Blvd. reported at 5:54 p.m. on June 23. Complainant reported theft of patio furniture.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT >> 2000 block of Yardley-Makefield Road reported at 10:20 p.m. on June 22. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. While investigating the driver, officers noticed the passenger had his hand concealed in his pocket. He was argumentative and ignored instructions to keep his hands on the dashboard at all times. He then attempted to exit the vehicle and then spit on an officer. The 33 year old passenger from Bristol was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct.

FRAUD >> 100 block of Aspen Rd. reported at 3:37 p.m. on June 21. Complainant reported receiving a call from someone claiming to be from Apple support. The victim purchased a $500 Google Play card and provided the caller with the serial number.

SOLICITORS >> 1500 block of Stapler Dr. reported at 3:27 p.m. on June 21. Complainant reported solicitors for Greenix Pest Control soliciting without permits. The individuals were located and advised to cease soliciting until permits were obtained.

FLEEING & ELUDING ARREST >> Ferry Road and Greenway Avenue reported at 7:50 p.m. on June 21. Police on patrol observed a vehicle stopped in the intersection blocking traffic with the operator slumped over behind the wheel. As the officer approached the vehicle and awakened the driver, he drove off at a slow rate of speed. Police then initiated a traffic stop in which the operator’s driving became reckless. Due to this, the pursuit was ended. Police went to the address where the vehicle was registered and located the operator of the vehicle. The 29 year old man from Morrisville was arrested for fleeing and eluding police and related offenses.
