POLICE LIGHTS

BRISTOL BOROUGH >> At 9:40 p.m. on June 7, Bristol Borough Police responded to the report of an armed robbery at the Dollar General Store located at 610 Bristol Pike.

It was reported that a man had entered the store and approached the counter to purchase a beverage. During the transaction, the man drew a black pistol from his waist band and demanded money. After receiving the money, the man fled on foot to the rear of the store.

Responding officers checked the area and a K9 track was conducted by the Bensalem Police Department K9 Unit. The track ended in a nearby street leading officers to believe that the man may have fled to a vehicle.

Bristol Township Police also responded to assist.

The actors description is described as an Hispanic standing about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 190 pounds. He has a dark mustache and is about 35 years old. He was wearing a gray hoodie, black and yellow baseball cap and ripped blue jeans and was carrying a black handgun.
