Morrisville Borough Egg Hunt

MORRISVILLE >> The Morrisville Borough Egg Hunt is scheduled to send kids scrambling on Saturday, April 20 beginning at 11 a.m. at Williamson Park. Featured will be thousands of eggs, photos with the Easter Bunny and special prizes. The free event is presented by Morrisville-Yardley Rotary Club and Morrisville Borough.

Breakfast with the Easter Bunny

NEWTOWN >> Morrisville Assembly International Order of the Rainbow for Girls invites the public to a Breakfast with the Easter Bunny on Saturday, April 20 at Applebee's Restaurant, 2 West Road, Newtown. Breakfast with consist of pancakes, sausage, coffee and juice and will be served from 8 to 10 a.m. The public is invited to come any time during those hours. Bring a camera for photos with the Bunny. Egg Hunt scrambles at Goodnoe

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP >> The annual Newtown Easter Egg Hunt will send kids racing across the fields at Goodnoe Elementary School, 298 Frost Lane, Newtown, on Saturday, April 13 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. The Easter Bunny will be there to welcome everyone beginning at 8:30 a.m. with the hunt beginning promptly at 9 a.m. Kids of all ages are invited to join the Easter Bunny on a free hunt for eggs, which will be filled with treats and gifts donated by members of the Newtown Business Association, the sponsor of the hunt. The hunt is divided into different age groups to make it a safe experience for everyone. In addition, the event offers a chance for adults and grandparents to get in on the action with an adult and grandparents hunt. Also this year, a special hunt will allow blind and visually impaired children to participate in the hunt with eggs equipped with beepers. The rain date is April 20. The First National Bank and Trust of Newtown is donating the plastic eggs for the hunt while Sam’s Club is providing the candy. The Easter Bunny's appearance is made possible by Phyllis Ashcraft.

Hoppy Egg Hunt and Spring Story Stroll

SOUTHAMPTON >> The Southampton Free Library presents a Hoppy Egg Hunt & Spring Story Stroll at Tamanend Park on April 20 beginning at 10 a.m. Bring a basket and the whole family to search for some goodie-filled eggs and make a fun craft at Tamanend Park. The egg hunt is free, but please register online at www.ustwprec.com. All weekend the Southampton Free Library will have a story stroll set up along the paved path in Tamanend. No registration required for the story stroll. Take a walk through the park while reading, “What Does Bunny See?” by Linda Sue Park.

Washington Crossing Egg Hunt

UPPER MAKEFIELD >> The Kiwanis Club of Washington Crossing-Yardley will hold its annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Historic Village beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 13. Rain date is April 20.

Yardley Borough Egg Hunt

YARDLEY BOROUGH >> The Yardley Borough Recreation Board will hold an Easter Egg Hunt on Second Saturday, April 13 beginning at 11 a.m. at Buttonwood Park. Bring your own basket. The hunt, which takes place rain or shine, begins at 11 a.m. until all eggs are found. Three age groups will have a chance to hunt eggs: children three years and under, four to six and older than seven. Updates and any changes can be found on the Yardley Borough Recreation Board Meetup or the Yardley Boro Facebook page.
