Come try the self-healing practice called qigong ("chee-gung"), a form of moving meditation that is a branch of Chinese medicine. At this workshop we will learn a little qigong theory while we practice simple but surprisingly powerful movements to get into a state of deep relaxation. Students leave class feeling great and will walk away with some exercises they can practice on their own whenever they need to de-stress.

All ages and abilities are welcome! No experience or special equipment is required. Please wear comfortable shoes (or plan to go barefoot) and clothing that allows you to move freely.
