$10 per one hour session

This class combines moves from American Golden Breath Tai Chi with Chair Yoga and Qi Gong practices in a very gentle format to introduce ways to relax and re-energize through movement and breathing. Those not capable of engaging in a strenuous workout can still participate and feel good with these movements that can be done either standing or seated.
